Parties and scope
TrapBoom is provided by Rabia Çiloğlu under the NebulaPurr Games brand. Contact: support.nebulapurr@gmail.com. Effective date: 7 October 2026. These terms govern game use; the Privacy Policy is a separate notice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Play and accounts
Single-player is available without an account. An online guest identity differs from a permanent account. Recovery of server progression after loss of a guest session is not guaranteed. Keep credentials private and do not access accounts belonging to others. The game is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are not legally an adult where you live, obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the game.
Fair play
Cheats, modified clients, automated reward farming, account/transaction abuse, disruption and unauthorised access are prohibited. Server rules validate access and rewards. Training/bot matches do not grant league points and bots are identified. Human matchmaking depends on opponent and service availability.
Currency and content
Crystals, emeralds, cosmetics and champions are for in-game use, not cash, investments or ownership rights. Active purchase quantities, prices and conditions are shown before a transaction. If real-money purchases are disabled in the test release, no payment is taken. When purchases are enabled, the relevant store payment/refund process and mandatory consumer rights apply. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
Changes and availability
Updates may address bugs, security, balancing and maintenance. Uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Material changes receive appropriate notice; purchased content and consumer rights are handled under applicable law. Any planned test-progress reset must be disclosed beforehand.
Intellectual property
Original code, branding, artwork and audio belong to the publisher or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use. Statutory exceptions remain available. No blanket exclusive claim is made over general game rules.
Restrictions, deletion and liability
Proportionate restrictions may address substantiated abuse or security risks; support provides a review route. Account/data deletion routes are described separately. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rules on intent or gross negligence. Mandatory local consumer and privacy rights remain intact.
Contact and disputes
Contact support about problems. Governing-law and forum terms must be completed after confirming the legal publisher and target markets and may not remove mandatory consumer remedies.
